Wellington’s big Toastmaster event took place this weekend. Nothing other than the Division E Conference, where Peter Scholtens, whom we see at our meetings so often, but representing Statistically Speaking, won second place in the Speech Evaluation competition.
Above are all seven competitors, of the Division E evaluation competition + the test speaker and contest chair.

The International speech contest was won by Andrew Stott (Taxing Toastmasters). Second place was Ella Kahu (Island Bay), and third place Raymond Kemp (Five Crowns).
Congratulations all! Andrew and Raymond will now go on to represent Division E at the District convention in Rotorua.
