Congratulations to Pauline Gallagher for winning Toastmaster of the Day award, for her informative and inspirational Educational “Controlling your Fear”. Pauline captivated and inspired us as a group to overcome the fears that can grow within us before speaking. She also promoted to us to take an attitude to take every opportunity to speak and welcomes it with open arms. “I’ll do it” instead of holding back and hopping someone else will. Pauline then showed us leadership by example  after her speech by volunteering for a role on our committee that was not filled during the elections today. Hence we also congratulate Pauline on become our club’s secretary.
