Congratulations to Chris seen here being awarded TM of the Day by Thomas for his incredible rendition of the story of William Tell.
Today Chris completed his final project in the Advanced Communicator, Story Telling Series and by doing so achieved the Advanced Communicator Silver Award.
Many of us can remember the story of William Tell but are probably be unaware of the story behind it of power and persecution.
Chris brought all of this to the fore by not just reading us a story but by acting it out with no notes and three distinctly different voices to define each characters. If you ever wanted to know what an arrow flying from a crossbow to an apple perched on a child’s head sounds like your really needed to be there. Thwaaaak just doesn’t do it justice.
I think Chris saved the very best of this story to last when he went on to co relate how important this story is not only to the Swiss but to us as it parallels in the types of leadership styles some of which are in play today. There is a lesson for us in this story.
Well done Chris a fantastic presentation and for your Award today.
