Our recent beginner session was a great success! (See my last post).
Since March we’ve had several fresh faces with wonderful stories to share & ambitions to achieve, and our club of now over 22 members couldn’t be more excited!

Its been awesome seeing these new members take on roles like Running table topics, and coming up with with engaging questions to keep our members on their feet, like our new member Jack did recently…. If your vacuum-machine was a flatmate what sort of flatmate would they be?’
Many of them have been quick to present exciting speeches and extensive evaluations, some have even chaired weekly meetings. Pictured above is one of our new members Sebastian as he hands the ‘Toastmaster of the day’ trophy to our charismatic and incredibly capable president Joelle!

Committee Role Rotation:

With just over month till a new committee rotates in to steward our club we’re excited to see which new talents are grown, will one of our new members jump in to managing our spreadsheet to keep meetings rolling smoothly as VP of Education? Who will fill the shoes of president?

Will This be the last post I write as a new VP of Public relations takes over this site with fresh perspectives?

…I guess we’ll soon find out,

If you are keen to join this eclectic mix and try your hand at improving skills in organisation, public speaking, admin, organisation or many of the above come on down and visit us at St. Andrews 30 The Terrace Wellington Central 6011, Wednesday at noon.
