Founded in 2002 as SKM Toastmasters, the members of Terrace@12 Toastmasters are dedicated to improving their communication skills which in turn enhances confidence in leadership and success in a variety of fields. Toastmasters is a non-profit, non-religious, non-political volunteer organization open to all members of the community 18 years old and over.
We meet every Wednesday at the conference suite building behind St Andrews 30 The Terrace, from 12 noon – 1 PM
Terrace@12 Toastmasters meetings are a lot of fun and as a guest you are encouraged to participate, but there is no pressure and you can simply observe if you wish. If you like what you see and decide to join, there is a moderate membership fee, after which you can start on your speech projects almost immediately. If you want to get more even involved, there are opportunities to join the committee and help with the governance of the club. So get in contact and come along and get involved!
