Chloe our newest member gave her Icebreaker (1st speech) today. Chloe was in the zone with the new beginnings theme of our meeting ‘Cherry Blossom’. We were all fully engaged and inspired as her story unfolded on to how she has persisted through adversity to become the business woman she now is. Chloe works in a role a role she wanted and envisaged for herself and she feels that she is making a difference. Isn’t that what we all want? Say yes. Now Chloe has taken up the challenge of becoming a more confident communicator to improve her leadership abilities which she believes will add value to those around her at her work and in her personal life.
