Mind over matter. Congratulations to Chris TM of the day for his speech on the Wim Hoff method of mental conditioning. Chris used this subject to provide us a technical speech. His oral presentation was supported with a variety of slides pictorial and graphic to re enforce the message and display the data. We have learned from Chris today the mind is an amazing device that can protect us from disease and from the effect of extreme surroundings. I thought afterwards if we can survive in freezing temperatures with little clothing and avoid the affect of being contaminated with a virus that we can certainly become comfortable speaking in public which would seem much easier I think. Well done Chris for a very empowering speech today.
